Generally our men's sizing runs M-21, L-22, XL-23, and XXL-24 inches across. These measurements are taken armpit to armpit under the sleeve. For information on a specific tee, send an email to email@example.com.
Items known to run small- SCUBA and LionFish tees. Items running one size small- Mk-28 tee and LionFish Polo.
Women's items tend to run small so we recommend ordering one size up. Shallow tee fits true to size.
Ball caps are adjustable.
How do I care for my Surface Interval Clothing?
Apparel items will have general care instructions printed inside. However, to preserve color and decoration we recommend you hand or machine wash delicate cycle with the item turned wrong side out using a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Cool iron if needed, wrong-side out, avoiding decoration.

We cannot take fax orders at this time.
Can I email you an order?
Yes, email only your order to firstname.lastname@example.org and if your email is received before 4:30pm CST one of our representatives will call you to take your payment over the phone. Remember to include your name, address, and a contact phone number.
For security purposes please do not send your payment information to us via email.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. We cannot accept payment by check or money order.
Out of Stock Items:
I really like one of your items, but it is listed as “Out of Stock.” How do I know when it will be restocked?
Please send an email to email@example.com with the item name, size, and quantity you are looking for. Please make sure to include your email address or alternate contact information. When that item is restocked, we will send you an email to let you know it is available.
You have an item listed as “Coming Soon!” Can I preorder?
Yes! Please treat this as a regular ordering process. As soon as the item is in our warehouse we will ship it to you.
My item doesn't fit! How can I exchange it?
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, however we understand that you may need to return/exchange an item.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject: RETURN/EXCHANGE (order number) within 5 business days of item receipt, no later than 5:00PM Central Time. We will respond with an AC# (Approval Code number) for you to include with your item(s).
We will gladly accept your return/exchange under the following considerations:
--Item tag must still be attached to item.
--Item must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition. This includes scents of perfume, cologne, or smoke, etc; deodorant or makeup stains; and/or any alterations to fit or style of item.
Returns: Please allow 10-15 business days from our receipt of the item for your refund of purchase price to appear in your account. A 15% Restocking Fee will be assessed on all returns.
Exchanges: Please include a note explaining reason for exchange and name and item number of the replacement item. If the item is being exchanged for another style or size XXL additional charges may apply.
Shipping and Handling cannot be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from our location.
Orders placed before 2pm CST M-Th are normally shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following business day.
USPS Priority orders can take 4-6 days to arrive at their destination. Please allow extra time during holidays such as Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
UPS shipping can take 2-5 days depending on speed of shipment selected.
Do you ship to my country?
If your country is not listed please send an email to email@example.com before placing your order so we can add it to our list. This make take 24-48 hours before becoming active.
Please note: Suspicious looking orders from international customers may require additional proof of person.
What if I am deployed? Do you ship to APO or FPO addresses?
Certainly! We do this for our soldiers and their families all the time.
USPS International Priority Shipping can take 6-10 days to arrrive at their destination. Please allow extra time during high shipping holidays.
USPS First Class International Shipping can take 10-15 days to arrive, however sometimes it can take up to 30days. Please consider this when choosing a shipping method.
